CERTIFIED GOTS, MOHAIR SOON TO BE CERTIFIED RMS

An exceptional yarn with an incomparable softness that we created ten years ago.

It seems exciting to us to imagine new yarns from an organic vegetable yarn like cotton and to associate it with an animal yarn, such as mohair, from the angora goat. A high quality yarn created to last a long time!

CONCEPT

the mixture of these 3 natural fibers is made
during the spinning process with a unique know-how.

Mohair wool is produced in South Africa with traceability in direct contact with farmers, guaranteeing animal welfare.

The knitting of the yarn is done in Madagascar with a long-standing partner, certified GOTS.

Made How

A relationship of trust
based on human relations

At a time when big retailers are withdrawing from mohair because of PETA’s videos on animal abuse in South Africa, leaving thousands of workers unemployed, we have decided to carry on promoting this quality fiber by ensuring good practices. Commitment also means giving yourself the right to make mistakes, but never forgetting your responsibilities by ensuring continuous progress towards people and animals.

Mohair protects against cold and heat. When it is cold, the fiber swells with air and conversely, when it is hot, it evacuates moisture from the surface thanks to its good permeability.

Mohair is 100% biodegradable, it can be composted and fertilizes the soil.

A renewable raw material.
